Sounds like the latest in exercise and working out is all about intense effort but short duration. Like the Twitter of weight training, you can do a Tubulence Training routine in just 15 or 20 minutes, and you only have to do it 3 or maybe 4 times a week. This fits into our busy modern schedules and gives you good results. I was reading about Turbulence Training on the internet and found some videos available to show me exactly how to do each exercise. The same GymJunkies.com web site also had articles to explain the strategy and answer questions about the different strength training and weight loss routines. Most of this can be done at home, although if you belong to a gym you can apply a lot of the strategies there, too.
I really need to renew my membership at the local gym that I let expire last year. Not only do I need to renew my membership but I actually have to make more of an effort in actually going and taking advantage of all the stuff that they have there to offer their members. I used to go 4 or 5 times a week, then dwindled down to 2 or 3 times, then of course it went to once a week. Next thing I know I’m staying at home more and getting out of shape along the way. Not good.
