As I mentioned in my previous post, we had to bring cookies to the gift wrapping party.  I brought some home made peanut butter cookies that everyone raved about.  They were easy-peazy to do, so I thought I’d share the recipe with you.  I got the recipe from a lady that I used to work with a long time ago.  She had brought them to an office party and everyone asked for her recipe.  I hope she doesn’t mind my sharing it with you!

Lazy Day Peanut Butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Mix all ingredients.  Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Do NOT over-bake!

Yes, it is that simple!  The mixture is hard to stir, but there really are only three ingredients!  I hope you enjoy them!
